The Newcomer Ethnocultural Youth Council of Winnipeg (NEYCW) is a dynamic, youth-led advisory body dedicated to empowering immigrant and ethnocultural youth in Winnipeg. Supported by Immigration Partnership Winnipeg (IPW) and funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), we amplify the voices of newcomer youth to influence policies, programs, and services that impact their lives.

To create a welcoming and inclusive Winnipeg where newcomer youth have the resources, opportunities, and platforms they need to succeed. We advocate for equitable access to settlement services, education, employment, mental health support, and meaningful community engagement.
